The Platform is owned by Harsha Naturals, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 24/49, East Abiramapuram 3rd Street, Mylapore, Chennai – 600004 (referred to herein as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Your use of the Platform, its services and tools is governed by these Terms of Use, along with all applicable policies incorporated by reference. If you transact on the Platform, you are also subject to the policies applicable to that transaction.

Use of the Platform and/or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms:

1. To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you are responsible for all acts done through your registered account.
2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services for any specific purpose. Such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for these to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for those Services.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party, or any penalty imposed, arising from your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or other policies, or your violation of any law, rule, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).

In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business interruption, business opportunities, data, or other economic interests, arising from use of or inability to use the Services, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, beyond the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim, or Rupees One Hundred (₹100), whichever is less.
12. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
13. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them, or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
14. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
